See agenda of external staff in Bookings

Hey everyone, 

we want to start using booking as the schedule tool for our service. We work with a lot of external experts. Is it possible to add there calender to Booking? So our schedule team can see want the external expert is available?

I think the best way to do this is by enabling 'events on office calendar affect availability'. This way your team can only see available timing.

@sagark92 thanks for your advice. The setting that you mentioned is it in our tentant or is that something the external expert has to do?

It's for you to do. So basically when you add your expert as a staff, you can get option on the top saying 'events on office calendar affect availability'. Tick this one.  This way your team can only see their available time on the booking page. Make sure that you experts are also using office 365.
