My staff noticed today that we are showing as having no availability for our scheduler at all, despite not having anything scheduled during our open two week window. Intermittently, this fixes itself and shows some availability but for less than a few minutes before it reverts back to showing no availability. Additionally, this availability only shows for me, not any of my staff or external participants. I have checked every option I could think of to see if alternate scheduling times or changes in staff settings could have impacted this, and there is nothing that is jumping out to me as being the problem. The attached screenshots were taken seconds apart after refreshing the page.
Is this a widespread issue or is it localized to just my team? Either way, are there any options to get this fixed so we can have our participants sign up for time slots?
