Scheduling - Change Availability

I have been using MS Bookings for a few months for one service. Upon set-up, I entered several adjusted schedules, including Not Bookable for select days.  However, yesterday and today, I tried to edit availability and add a few Not Bookable dates, but it does not appear on the Bookings Page.  I tried editing from two locations (Manage Your Booking Page/Default Scheduling) and (Edit Service/Availability Options). 


The changes look the same as I had prior created upon set-up, but they are not appearing as an option (Not Bookbable).  Can someone advise?
