Same staff to offer different hours/days depending on service selected

New to Bookings App, and I'm trying to set up two separate services offered.  I would like the staff member to have different days of the week available for the two different services we offer.  There are certain days of the week where scheduling one service is preferable, and certain days where another service is preferable.  Is there a way to do this that I haven't discovered yet?  I would like to stay away from having to create additional email addresses for each person.
