Require all Staff to be available for a Service

When you have a service with multiple staff assigned the Booking page shows Anyone and all of the staff. We would like instead to have an option to show All and require all staff to be available when booked. All assigned staff should receive the email and see the appt on their calendar.

I'm surprised this isn't available yet. How do you set up customer research or interviews with multiple people?
This can be achieved by using a Microsoft 365 group that is added as staff in Bookings.
Will that check all of their availability or treat it as it's own person?
