Remove "Book time to meet with me" from new mail

Copper Contributor

Hello, I tested Bookings once, now I have "Book time to meet with me" in every new mail. How do I remove it ?

My Microsoft Bookings is currently disabled and I removed Booking for my profile (licence removed / Booking deleted).

The link is also dead: This link is not valid. Please contact the organizer to check if the URL is correct.

Signature options in Outlook client and OWA are blank and not set.

I googled alot and also asked ChatGPT but couldnt find it out. How can I remove it ?

Its only possbile with Microsoft Bookings enabled and a setted up Booking page.

For people with the same issue here is how:

@Thomas555 are you not seeing this signature when you go to Signature settings in OWA?
Unfortunetly not. Only with Microsoft Bookings enbaled and via the delete settings I managed to remove this. Iam glad its solved now.

@Thomas555 this works thanks! that dumb auto link text doesn't show up in Outlook, you can only see it on the 360 Bookings page via Settings (couldn't even access those Settings via Booking page on Teams app)

@Thomas555 In the newer interface, it is in your Outlook settings:

@Thomas555 I have the same issue and the checkbox is there in the bookable meeting page settings. And when I disable it, once for each signature I have ugh, the link stops showing up in emails, for a while.

But then the next day, it's enabled again! So I accidently keep sending emails with this friendly bookings page link to everyone even though I only use it for student office hours.

I'm going to stop using it if I can't have the functionality I want.

@CJ_Combs_CLI_Assist_GP In case anyone got lost, they moved the menus to Accounts > Signatures.

You can select your preferred signature / no signature at the bottom, or delete it completely.
