When your customers book an appointment with you, your staff will see the questions and the customer's answers on the booking calendar. To see it, go to Bookings > Calendar and then open an appointment.
I hope Microsoft can change this feature in the near future. I would like to see the email confirmation to include the ALL customer's answers. Instead of pulling the appointment from the calendar. I was kind of hoping it would be a one stop shop feature. Or an option to change the email confirmation format.
