Prevent Concurrent/Overlapping Appointments

We were excited to try using Bookings but I'm not sure our use case is well covered. We wanted to create services that represent physical locations and use Bookings for scheduling appointments for deliveries with trucking companies. Because services represent a physical loading dock, we cannot support multiple concurrent appointments. However, there doesn't appear to be any way to limit services like that.


Has anyone come across a strategy for something like this? 


I was thinking that maybe we would end up needing to make a separate account for each service (and thereby a separate Staff Calendar) but I think licensing would be very confusing.
