The booking tool is sending post-meeting surveys to customers who canceled their appointments. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

I am an independent advisor addressing Microsoft Bookings questions.
This sounds like a missed functionality. An If/Else Statement is needed. If the meeting is canceled, do not send a reminder or else send the reminder.
Please add this requirement to Bookings · Community (microsoft.com) Feedback Portal.
