Not possible to book appointments

Hi all

 

At the moment, we can't book appointments in our bookings site. We get en error message "Please try again"

The problem is, that the booking in the calendar is visible, but the customer who wants to make a booking get an error message, that's not possible to make the appointment.

Is there a known issue at the moment?

Hi - did you ever find out why this happens? We now get the same message: "We couldn't book that appointment. Please reload the page and try again."

Hi - Unfortunately not no. At the end, I just cloned the boooking site and the new one worked.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have cloned the site too and it seems to be working.

And today three days later it is NOT working again. Same message: Please try again
Something went wrong. We couldn't book that appointment. Please reload the page and try again. I think Bookings is the most unreliable program launched by MS so far and it should be removed immediately!
