Not All Staff Listed

I am trying to set up Microsoft Bookings for appointment scheduling. I've added all of our staff members and assigned them to the same service. On the booking page I'm running into two issues:

1. Staff are not listed in alpha order

2. Only staff members with last names A-D are listed.
