Multiple Participants

Does Microsoft Bookings support the ability to send a calendar request with available dates/times out to multiple participants (3 or more) for them to choose from and then Bookings determines and concludes  based on responses, the best date/time selected by the multiple participants?

I also want to know if we can do this. I need to set a time that works for more than 1 other individual. How is this done???
