I need to set up a system for self-selecting for admissions interviews, Bookings or otherwise.
Parameters:
7 people at each time slot
Needs to start at 8:00, 9:10, 10:20, etc (70minute intervals)
Specific dates that don't repeat weekly. ie afternoon only of 10/17, all day 10/24, a couple random days in November.
Ability to extract names and date/time to an excel sheet to confirm status and followup communication.
We have been using a complex qualtrics survey with crazy quota systems, but there must be a better way! They don't have to be done in Bookings since these don't have to go to a particular calendar-any microsoft365 product or combo is great.
