Multiple emails - one account

Hello - I want to start using MS Bookings to get my appointments organised. I have work email addresses as I own two businesses. How do I set this up so it pulls into one calendar?

one email is treated as one member is staff i’m surprised they haven’t been able to develop something better than that.
