Hello,
I wonder if the following is possible in Microsoft Bookings:
We have 3 people in our organisation who do introduction conversations with new clients. We have 4 city's with offices in which these conversations take place. These 3 people normally only do these conversations on tuesdays between 9 and 12. A conversation takes about 30 minutes, after that there's always 15 minutes of time before the next client comes. Every tuesday they can be in another city. Every 3 months they make up their calendar together, saying who has to be in what city on which tuesday.
In each city, local employees must be able to book an appointment for a client on the right day with the right person. At this moment, we use an online excel and we see which spaces are still available. Is there a way to do the same in Microsoft bookings?
An example:
John, Meredith and Ben do the conversations.
This is their calendar for march:

Unfortunately, Microsoft Bookings does not allow appointments with multiple staff members. I wish it did!
