I am investigating Bookings as a solution for scheduling customer software upgrades. Is there a way to allow (and limit) the number off appointments that can be scheduled concurrently with the same staff member? I can only work out how to schedule one at a time.
Also, is there a way to send a reminder notification to a seperate distribution list. e.g. email our helpdesk dist. group in case forgetful customers ask why their service is down. :)
