multiple attendees to a 1:1 booking service

I would like to be able to add multiple attendees to a 1:1 service. The simple use case is adding a spouse to a meeting so both spouses get the confirmation emails and notifications.

If I create a group service with a capacity of 2, then if one client without a spouse books a meeting, the time slot is still going to show as open.

How can I accomplish this?

I too would like this. Often I want a client to pick a time that works between them and their business partners. I want them to be able to pick the slot and then add all the attendees in one go. Not have each of them book on (which they won't do). 

Hoping someone pops up with a suggestion.
