I have 2 groups of users for whom I've set up bookable meeting times of up to 4 people in each. What I'm trying to do is have it overlapping in time so that even if 4 people from Group 1 book a meeting at 2pm, people from Group 2 can still book a meeting at 2pm. I can't join them into 1 service because each group needs access to 4 appt spaces at any given time.
Despite marking the appointments as "free" in my calendar AND asking Bookings to NOT look at my calendar, it is blocking any appointment times for Group 2 for which even 1 person from Group 1 has booked.
Can I rectify this problem or do I need 2 separate email accounts for this to work?
