Hi, I would like to understand the customer use-case here. Bookings notifies customers for appointment confirmation. Reminders are set as per the admin's prerogative. Bookings sends a conformation email and a calendar invite, which are critical so that customer does not miss the appointment.
Dear Altamish, Is there an option for the customer-guest booker to easily de-activate alerts set by the administrator? some customer may potentially experience potential eligible disturbance, even though maybe an important feature for purpose to attend to the calendar invite appointment.
