Wish there is an option to easily identify NO APPEARANCE instead of featuring cancellation, for purpose to identify cancellations and no appearance, for purpose to easily action and differentiate cancellation from no appearance. (e.g. no appearance subject to fees).
Thanks for the feedback. We don't have a feature for this yet. Also, Bookings wouldn't know if an end customer actually attended the appointment. This will be the responsibility of the staff member to capture this data point. One way to possibly accomplish this might be to use a custom field. Later, you can take a TSV export to see count of all no-appearances by pivoting on that custom field.
