One of our Staff Member's bookings looks different to everyone else, this has only just changed, it used to look the same as everybody else's. (maybe the IT team changed a setting in the background).
Does anyone know what setting would do this and where that setting is so that we can change hers back?
She suddenly needs to put a prefix to the phone number, and has a checkbox for SMS's (we are in Australia so we don't have SMS as an option).
