Microsoft Bookings_Time changed updated invite is not being sent

hello, I am looking for some support with Microsoft Bookings- We have noticed that when we update a time of a booking or change a customer- any original customer does not get an updated invite to reflect the correct updated time. Please advise if there is a solution for this. Thank You

If you add a new customer or change a customer, only that customer will get notified and the other customers will not be informed. This is as per design.

However, if you update the time of an appointment, it would send an updated appointment to all the customers and staff members of that appointment.

I have the same problem here. If a client edits or cancels the booking, or even if staff edit it in the bookings-calendar view, it does not send the update to participants (clients/staff).


How to fix this?
