Microsoft Bookings staff appearing unavailable on booking page

We have been using Bookings in our college for staff & student 1:1's. 

 

We have staff who have been set up and have been bookable for the past two years. The last two weeks, students have reported that tutors are unavailable, however, on our side they have full availability. I have replicated trying to book on the booking form and am experiencing the same issue.

 

This process has been working for us very well up until this point, we have not changed any settings etc

@LeliaBIMM apologies for the issues that you have seen recently with availability. Can you please confirm the following settings for affected services:
1. Duration
2. Time interval
3. Availability windows that are configured for the staff/service

4. Do you have a pre/post buffer added to any service?

5. Time zone of the booking page

6. Time zone for people who are trying to make a booking but not able to see slots.

Hi there,

Each staff member will have 1 or 2 hours available a week - availability varies with each staff member and service
Students book 20-minute tutorials
Don't have buffer added - not sure what this is?
Time Zone: Dublin for both



@davisjr Do you know if this issue will be resolved soon? We saw the same issues with our booking system. I had also made a post with screen shots of the things that we were seeing on our end. There was a recent change in how staff availability is computed which caused some issues and this has been resolved since. @LeliaBIMM can you please confirm if you are continuing to see these issues?

@lcastner it looks like the issues that you are facing _could_ be of a different cause, will follow up on the original thread.
