Microsoft Bookings RSVP settings and notifications

Does anyone know how to best track RSVP info on a meeting booked with MS Bookings? 

When going to Outlook calendar > opening the event > "Tracking" tab, I am unable to see the info about the person that booked the meeting. They don't show up there at all. Ideally, we'd see them show as an attendee and see an updated response to the RSVP (accepted/declined/etc.).

The Bookings RSVP status is not shared to the staff directly, both staff and customer receive separate invites for privacy reasons. To know the customer details, the staff need to login to Bookings admin calendar page.
