We switched to scheduling appointments at our warehouse this past year and have noticed that on occasion there have been times where there are glitches in the system allowing more than the allowed amount of people to schedule for a group booking. We have the system set up to have three 1 hour appointments open to two people, but a third person was able to schedule and got a confirmation email. We only found out when they showed up and we also had an email showing that they book an appointment for that time, but the booking's schedule doesn't reflect the additional appointment that wasn't allowed. How can we get this issue resolved? It causes challenges with our operations when there are too many people in the warehouse at one time.

Can you please explain this? You did not get a confirmation that a third person booked the appointment but they showed up for the appointment?
Do you know if the appointments were booked at the same time (concurrently)?

Hi @Babu_Alagarsamy thank you for responding to my question. We did get a confirmation for the third appointment, but we are not watching all the confirmation coming in and watching the calendar so we didn't notice that there were too many. None of the appointments were made concurrently.
