We are facing multiple issues for Notifications in bookings:
1- If a service is defined and then later assigned to a staff, there is no email notification sent to staff for service assignment
2- If an unassigned service is booked. Afterwards it is assigned to a staff, there is no notification sent to staff for service assignment
3- Reminders and Confirmation when defined for "All Attendee" does not go to staff. It only goes to the when they are defined for Staff only..
Can anyone help with this issue ?

same problem here. there is still no solution for this problem?!
there is a checkbox stating it can send a email notification to a staff but it does not seem to work (ive just tried and book a meeting but no email was sent to my work email)

@Arsalan_Saeed My staff is being notified but the person that books is not receiving a notification, anyone knows how i can solve this problem?
