Microsoft Bookings not displaying answers to Customised fields

Hi all,

we set up customised fields questions to a speficic serve that we offer on Microsoft bookings and marked them as compulsory,

However, when a potential customer filled in the forms we can not see any answer at all.

How can we solve this?
