Microsoft bookings - location

Hey, hoping for some guidance 


we use the booking tool for the sales team that service a variety of locations in each state in Australia. It’s great to lock in meetings via teams - and integrate to the diary


however we want to be able to have the client complete the booking and enter the location themselves for face to face meetings.

Obviously we would setup different booking pages that reflect the days and times we are available to meet in their regions they are located. 


what bookings cannot seem to do is let the client select select their office address when making the meeting - this is frustrating 


I can see that I can enter a custom question for them to do this - but that doesn’t show up in the meeting when it comes into outlook it’s in the notes 


is there a fix for this ?
