Microsoft bookings confirmation after booking / resouce integration

We have the following problem. We have 7 employees and only 3 rooms available for the employees in which they can receive customers. Actually a booking can only be made if bothe the employee and the one of the rooms is available. Is this currently possible in bookings? We could also fix this, if a confirmation E-mail went to a customer only after a booking has been approved by the emplyee. Now the confirmation is immediate.

I am looking for the answer to the same question! Does anyone know if we can automate a booking of rooms? It isn't ideal, but it would give my employees a heads up if there has been an overbooking
