Microsoft booking

Hi Microsoft,


We have recently started using Microsoft bookings few months back, as we are using we stumble upon a few problems. Please refer below for the feedback/complaints received:

- A few colleagues have brought up that their booking app constantly in sync mode for a long period, they have to keep on log out and log in

- Cannot pre-set appointments for the same time, same day every week

- When they set up appointment on desktop, the customer name does not show on the app

- In the mobile app, it does not show the full description of service and customer name


Appreciate that Microsoft able to rectify these problems.
