microsoft booking calendar sync issue

Hi! Can anyone help me with this issue?:

When I create a new calendar (with 2+ people) on Microsoft Bookings there is a problem with college´s calendar sync - she is not available, but the booking site shows that she is available... My calendar is ok.

Hi,

When editing the parameters of an employee, there is an option on the availability of the latter. This is a checkbox for calendar events to have an impact on booking availability. This box must be checked. Is it ?
