Manage Membership - Something Went Wrong

Greetings. I've added a Staff Member as an Administrator in my Calendar. When the Staff Member clicks "Manage Membership" in the approval e-mail, it goes to a page with a 500 error and "Something went wrong." Clicking Refresh does nothing but display the same message. The Staff Member shows as Not Bookable - Pending Approval. How can I correct this?

It seems user doesn't have booking enabled in the tenant.
What does that mean? Where do you check that?
