Making Bookings not fully working

We are trying to set up a Bookings system using our Conference Rooms (Teams Rooms Licensing) as staff, and our services ranging from 15 to 90 minute Teams meetings.

 

Running this from Bookings is working exceptionally well.  However if a user were to book from their Outlook calendar, one of these rooms, the booking does not show in the Bookings booking page.  This means a user can see the time as available in the bookings page when it is not.  The user can then book that time from the bookings page, creating a double booking of the Conference Room.

 

Is there a way to fix this so that the times for these bookings made from Outlook will show as being unavailable in the Bookings booking page?
