We have 20+ staff members and are attempting to set up bookings to allow 2 appointments every 30 minutes total, not per staff member, that we can then assign to staff. Is this possible in MS Bookings? With only one staff member, our setup works great but as we add more staff, it continues to open up more appointments at the same slot (beyond 2). This would give us a total of up to 16 appointments per day regardless of whether all staff are present or not.
