Issues with the calendar not updating when an employee adds an appointment

Hello,

 

We are having issues with the use of the Bookings Calendar. 

Since last week, one of our employee's bookings calendar does not update itself. Whenever he or someone on the team adds an appointment in the bookings calendar, his calendar does not display the new appointment. 

 

Can someone help us resolve this ?
