We are using the booking system for our meeting rooms and the front end works really well but I want to know whether there is an option to see who a booking was made by if it was booked in the calendar in the back end? We have a number of admin staff that will book out the meeting rooms manually and it would appear there has been some confusion on room bookings and we want to know who booked it, they aren't owning up.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get this information or if I can add in a field that needs to be filled in that would determine who it was booked by going forward? If not, going forward, can there be an option to add the booked by info in?
I would also like to know if this is possible and/or suggest that it be added.
Our staff get credit for booking appointments and it would be really helpful to just pull a report or view inside the appointment who booked it. Today, we have to rely on their word and ability to remember to email us when it happens.
