Hi, as you already know, once the customer books a date/time, we get an automatic email which is pre-confirmed/accepted by default. Is there any way to let my staff accept or reject a booking? I'm having walking clients, therefore my staff should actually verify the received booking before responding.
Any ideas are appreciated.

When the staff member declines the event on their calendar, it only disappears from the own calendar and not on bookings. Is there a way for a staff member to decline and have it show up on the on the booking? @apl_28sep20
