Kia ora,
When using Microsoft Bookings, can the system assign a staff member based on the value of another completed field?
For example, if there was a custom drop-down field for "Region" and the customer selected one, could the system then assign the appropriate staff member for that field (i.e., customer answers "Taranaki" that customer is assigned to a staff member for Taranaki).
Might be a long shot but keen for any assistance.
