I am having this issue where some of the individuals are not booking on MS booking. If this individual did not book, I want to automatically send them a follow-up email with the link. Is that possible? So for example, if I sent this email to people x, y, z and only x and y responded by booking while z did not. I want to automate another email in two days to remind person z to respond by booking using the link.
Is there a way of doing this?
