How to stop receiving booking notification when I am no longer a part of the booking service

Hello, 

I was a previous admin of this booking service but I have transition to a different area so I had to assign a new admin and remove myself. I still continue to get email notification when someone books an appointment. The new admin confirmed I am no longer a part of the booking. Is there anything else we need to look into?

I would check the Business information section.
In the "Basic details" Card look for "Send customer replies to" field.
This happens with me too. Another location to check is the staff settings. If all staff are getting assigned to all bookings and your staff profile has the following setting turned on "Notify the staff member when a booking assigned to them is created or changed" then you'll still continue receiving emails.
