I have been trying out bookings today to use it as a way to internally add appointments for our sales staff to their calenders however i'm having two main issue so far.
Firstly when a new booking is added the customer receives email notificaiton but the assigned staff member does not.
Secondly when the customer tries to respond to the confirmation email they receive a bounce back. In the business information tab there is a field to add the email you wish to receive client repsonses too however this is not happening. Replies are essentially being sent to an email address that doesn't exist.
