Hi, this seems like a simple request, I would like to have the email that is sent to the recipient of the booking forward to an external email address or contact in order to create a ticket. ie the booking email that sends the email is bob1@bob.com is sending to mary@bob.com, I would like to set up an auto-forward rule to send to support@myticketingsoftware.com - however, allowing the antispam rule to allow forward to external works for the recipient, creating a transport rule to forward email containing these words to an external works, but neither works for Bookings. The email goes to mary@bob.com, but not not to the ticket
What have I done wrong?
