forwarding booking email to external ticketing software email

Hi, this seems like a simple request, I would like to have the email that is sent to the recipient of the booking forward to an external email address or contact in order to create a ticket. ie the booking email that sends the email is  is sending to,  I would like to set up an auto-forward rule to send to - however, allowing the antispam rule to allow forward to external works for the recipient, creating a transport rule to forward email containing these words to an external works, but neither works for Bookings. The email goes to, but not not to the ticket 


What have I done wrong?

resolved, identified message trace, found they were sending, checked logs, found in spam of ticketing software.
