I work at a University that is trying to use Bookings for Apprentices' Progress Review Meetings.
During testing we've noticed that it is fairly easy to forward the meeting link to another external person (this is fundamental as we need an Assessor present at the Review Meetings) however on some trials, the meeting has been forwarded from the student to the Assessor and it says "Sent by Joe Bloggs on behalf of Heidi West" - and the team can't work out how this is there sometimes, but not every time!
It would be better if we could have it there when the meeting is forwarded, but unsure as to why sometimes it is missing.
Does it depend on if its the email that is forwarded, or the invitation in the Outlook Calendar?
Any help appreciated!
