Fixing appointment times

I would like to fix appointment times at 10am 12pm and 2pm.  The only way I can seem to do this is if I set the duration of the session for 2 hours.  The session is actually only 1 hour though (the client gets notification of it being 2 hours).  I have tried to use the buffers but cannot work out how to fix the appointments times in the way I want.  Help!

@Emma_T When you edit your service there is an option Time increments below "Scheduling Policy".

I think when you change it to 120 minutes it should work
