Hello! I love Bookings and use it so that my coworkers can sign up for a Conversational English class I hold three times every week. I've been using it for several months now without issue, but now suddenly I've had two issues occur, one of which is critical.
When I try, it displays the following error message. (I work in Japan and my computer is Japanese OS, which makes the message in Japanese. The loose translation is "UploadPhoto email address found multiple objects for smtp:cnx1@cnxmail.onmicrosoft.com. I tried deleting the original business logo entirely, but even then it still gives me the same error message.
This started last week, but when my students follow the link to the reservation center (no matter the browser), the following error screen is displayed. Obviously this is a HUGE problem and I would like to know more about this and how it can be resolved.
