we have encountered an email formatting issue with email reminders setup at the service level for online appointments (MS bookings and MS teams).
The confirmation and appointment emails going to both the customer and employee look great and are well formatted, but the email reminder is the opposite, showing these long URLs to join the MS teams meeting and with no format at all. We have confirmed that it has nothing to do with the email client, and what's interesting is that if we set up an additional reminder (besides the one we have defined with the service), this one preserves the formatting nicely. We can't really see anything in the reminders section within the service to control the format of the email. Any help would be greatly appreciated
