We are booking patients for 10 min appointments and it's working great. We allow changes or cancelations 24 hrs prior to and up to 3 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, we are finding double and triple bookings on occasion. It's quite rare but you can imagine when two or three people show up for the same appointment and you're booked solid for the day. I would say in a typical week we average a double booking daily. It's happening at all our locations that we use Bookings for.
