Hi,
Has anyone got any ideas on how I can delete historic (past) appointments without sending a cancellation email to the customer?
I have tried removing the email address from the appointment and ticking "customer does not want to receive a confirmation email", but the cancellation message is still sent.
I want to delete the past appointments for data protection reasons but it will be confusing if customers receive a cancellation message for an appointment they have already attended in the past!
