Customers cannot book 1:1 appointments

We offer ad hoc sessions and want to advertise on the calendar when these are available for each service topic. We do not have regular recurring appointments, and the staff calendars don't represent all our workload so we can't set availability to 'when staff are available'

 

We've previously set up a group service where the general availability is 'not bookable' but then if we manually add an appointment for that service on the Bookings Calendar, customers can then find it on the Bookings Page. For some reason this identical service (apart from being 1:1), and creating ad hoc appointments is not visible to any customers.

@eb9695 Did you ever find a solution to this? I am having the same issue. It seems to only be a problem with 1:1 appointments.
